problem with processor info !!!!

hay guys... so i updated to 10.6.8 two days ago and i downloaded os x lion.
when i open the lion installer it says that i have Core 2 solo and that i can't install on my system ! but i have Core 2 duo !!! that the problem why its saying that have Core 2 solo !?
how can i fix this ??

same - I have an E7500 which is reporting Core Solo

I have the Realtek Ethernet and Fake SMC kext's loaded, otherwise it's the standard install.

Does this mean OSX will only use the one core?
