Joyfult: I´m having similar problems with my probook G2. How did you solved it?
Joyfult: I´m having similar problems with my probook G2. How did you solved it?
What were your procedures for installing?
Hi RehabMan...PBI CE with available G2 options.
rm -Rf ~/Downloads/RehabMan
mkdir ~/Downloads/RehabMan
cd ~/Downloads/RehabMan
patchmatic -extract
kextstat|grep -y acpiplat
kextstat|grep -y appleintelcpu
Download patchmatic: https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-MaciASL-patchmatic.
Extract the 'patchmatic' binary from the ZIP. Copy it to /usr/bin, such that you have the binary at /usr/bin/patchmatic.
In terminal,
Code:rm -Rf ~/Downloads/RehabMan mkdir ~/Downloads/RehabMan cd ~/Downloads/RehabMan patchmatic -extract
Post contents of Downloads/RehabMan directory (as ZIP).
Also, post ioreg: http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/58368-guide-how-make-copy-ioreg.html. Please, use the IORegistryExplorer v2.1 attached to the post! DO NOT reply with an ioreg from any other version of IORegistryExplorer.app.
And output from:
Code:kextstat|grep -y acpiplat kextstat|grep -y appleintelcpu
Ok, RehabMan, here are the requested files
Try getting rid of 3rd party system software (I see: littlesnitch, sophos).
Thanks but...there are more people with my model having some restart issues:
see post #36 here:
http://www.tonymacx86.com/hp-proboo...ok-450-g2-fhd-field-report-k7j65es-abd-4.html
Most of the issues can be solved by adding darkwake=0 to clover config file. Other issues remain elusive, and do not leave traces or clues in system logs.
OK. Good luck then.
Thanks. I'll try removing third party software, as you say. It's the only thing left.
