Good to see you have the WiFi working correctly. But just so you are aware the OC guide recommends that DisableIoMapper be Enabled for any Coffee Lake system, forget them saying it is not required when VT-d is disabled in the bios. This entry does more than just disable VT-d functionality and should always be enabled.
You might also want to look at using one of the AirportBrcmFixup.kext boot arguments, to set the country code for where you live. Someone living in France would use the following boot-arg:
brcmfx-country=FR
I say this as the screenshot for your WiFi device, shows Country Code (Code du pays) set as X3.
