Hi All,

I haved installed the OS X El Capitan to my laptop MSI GE62 6QC

• CPU : Intel i7-6700HQ
• Chipset :Intel® HM170
• Memory : 16GB DDR4-2133
• Display :15.6" Full HD (1920 x 1080)
• Graphics : GeForce® GTX 960M
• Storage :M.2 SSD SATA (Windows 10 installed) + 1TB HDD (OSX installed)
• Optical Drive VD Super Multi

Work:

• Intel HD530 (ID:0x191b0000)
• Optical Drive VD Super Multi
• Audio : VooDooHDA (Mic-in/Headphone-out, Speaker)
• LAN : Killer E2400 Gigabit Ethernet with Killer Shield
• Webcam
• Bluetooth
• HDMI
• Keyboard
• USB 2.0 port
• USB 3.0 port

Not Work:

• Usb : MSI EPF USB
• Card Reader
• Wireless LAN : Intel Wireless 3165
• GeForce® GTX 960M

Not Tested:

• USB 3.0 Type-C
• Mini-DisplayPort

Problem Found

• brightness Control (Hotkey fn + up, fn+Down not Work)
• Error Found. Console log as below
• 9/7/2016 14:37:04.000 kernel[0]: 001069.168262 MSI EPF USB@14700000: IOUSBHostDevice::setConfigurationGated: compliance violation: failed to enable remote wake
  9/7/2016 14:37:04.000 kernel[0]: 001069.493496 IOUSBHostHIDDevice@14700000,0: IOUSBHostHIDDevice::interruptRetry: resetting device due to IO failures
  9/7/2016 14:37:04.000 kernel[0]: 001069.565791 IOUSBHostDevice@14700000: IOUSBHostDevice::getDescriptorGated: compliance violation: USB 2.0 9.3.5: device returned more than wLength data
  
• How To Disable the NVIDIA GPU.

EFI: Clover 3599
Attached system information. Anyone can help me to solve above problems? Please help to patch the disable NVIDIA GPU to DSDT and SSDT.

Updated : the DSDT in attachment. Brightness Fixed, by AddPNLF + NewWay in Clover. Brightness slider in app store.

I have almost similar laptop msi GE72 6QD can u tell me how you got your audio and webcam working my hd530 is only showing 7mb brightness also not fixed yet guess have to wait until full graphics support with gtx960m

Your profile says you have only Nvidia graphics. Accurate?

I surrender. After more than one week fighting with that, I see its too dificult for me. It seems Clover Configurator is not yet working (easy) with Skylake. I saw some people fixing ++++++ and black screen like mine just changing some options with Clover Configurator, but it don't work for me. I thing I will wait, until tutorials and programs will make it
easier, for "amateur" people like me XD
