Problem installing

I scoped the forum and not getting closer. Started of with sierra for the bootable usb but that kept freezing at the apple logo screen with the loading bar. Then I went for el capitan but getting the same error. My system specs are the one in my signature.

I read that I needed to run it in verbose mode and take a screenshot of it. ( see attachement)

Hopefully anyone can point out what i'm doing wrong
