Problem: Dual monitor.

Hello everyone!
I have a hackintosh with dual monitors. This is my problem:

- Both monitors go to sleep (don't have connect notification) when I connect all;
- Each monitor works perfectly if unplug another monitor;
- Normally, when I start my hack, monitor via HDMI is default monitor and both then go to sleep.
- All them work when I connect via DVI monitor first and plugin another monitor (via HDMI) after OS has completed booting.​

Can somebody please help me???
