I have installed macOS High Sierra on SSD Samsung EVO 950. Then, I have installed Clover EFI Bootloader inside the "Macintosh HD". But when I try to boot up the OS from SSD, macOS load until 60% then reboot, but if I boot the USB, which I used to install macOS, it boot up.
What is the issue?

Try mount the USB EFI partition, copy EFI to desktop. Eject USB
Mount SSD EFI partition. Replace EFI folder in SSD EFI partition with the EFI folder on the desktop. Reboot. Do post install chores.
