The 'HM' card you have has no BT ('HMB' would include BT).
You might consider some of the WiFi/BT recommendations in the FAQ:

ok but anyway the usb I use for BT asus bt-400 from what I saw on the internet and compatible and should work, my ubs ports will not be working properly because with BrcmPatchRAM2.kext BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext should update the firmware as I see on the internet but is not updating

You might try plugging the BT USB into a real USB port instead of a hub.

Also, your USB configuration looks wrong. Typically for 7-series chipset, you need FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext.
Read USB guides linked from the FAQ:

I'm trying to use the kext BrcmFirmwareData.kext instead of BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext I saw it here on the internet and I'll see I've tried before to call a real door but the same. I have idea that my ports are not working properly in ioreg are well configured?

I well thought that my USB configuration is not correct, I have dsdt fixed at least I think it is correct I followed your dsdt fix guide I have usbinjectall installed so I did not have the FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext I will install and see if it works

I installed FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext and I have the bluetooth pen plugged into a real port but in the usb configuration now yes the connected devices appear correctly but the keyboard hub is connected in port 3.0 that after installing FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext stopped working because? what is missing

Did you create an appropriate custom SSDT for USBInjectAll.kext?
I cannot answer your questions without PR files (as per laptop FAQ).

my laptop is a samsung NP530U3C-A04PT I followed the guide and I'm using custom ssdt for USBInjectAll.kext and I'm using FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext, I think my custom ssdt is not correct I've already tried it by ioreg to find the ports as in the guide to change but I'm not able to use ssdt 8086_1e31

You need to provide configurations for EH01/EH02/HUB1/HUB2 as per guide.
Please read it carefully.

As expected...
With FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext, USB2 devices will be handled by EHCI, therefore will show as "USB 2.0 bus".

Note that your XHC configuration is wrong. You need to remove ports that are not used (most likely all HSxx under XHC will be unused).
