You upgraded your BIOS? The BIOS update process may have wiped out your BIOS settings and reset the BIOS. Did you go into the BIOS and change all the necessary settings back?

Empirically it turned out that the system stops loading on BIOS versions higher than f6.

Had the same problem on mb z370

Did you add the agdpmod=pikera boot argument to your OC config.plist before you installed the RX6800?

added after install

  1. Which DisplayOut connector are you using on the RX6800?
  2. Which display cable are you using?
  3. Are you using a display adapter or adapter Cable?

  3. Are you using a display adapter or adapter Cable?
1. HDMI graphic card: 1 HDMI, 3 Display port
2. HDMI 2.1
3. cable

I assume you meant the following:
  1. HDMI connector
  2. HDMI to HDMI cable
  3. Not using an adapter or adapter cable.
Further questions:
  1. Have you removed and reconnected the HDMI cable in the GPU and display screen?
  2. Are you using a TV as your display?
  3. Do you have the option to use a DisplayPort connector and cable instead of the HDMI?

Post a copy of your EFI folder so we can see what you are using. Remember to redact/delete your Serial number from the config.plist before you post a copy here.
