anyone know about the g4 mdd front panel pinout?

Maybe others can advise more fully, but as the MDD front panel only has an on/off switch and a headphone socket (which will probably not work natively on a hack) the simplest solution is to just connect straight from the on/off button terminals to the Power switch connector of the mobo you want to use.

If you really want to use the wires from the MDD connector panel then - in the absence of anyone else being able to answer - you can check through with a multimeter to see which contacts get zero resistance between them when the power switch is pressed. Then it will be those two wires that you would connect to the Mobo.
