Premiere Pro CC very slow on Radeon VII

With the i7-8700k you should set your SMBIOS to iMac19,2 eventhough iMac19,2 and iMac19,1 should not make a huge difference in my noobish eyes. iMac Pro1,1 seems to be the wrong choice, as it runs with a Xeon processor.

In my opinion the major performance boost was the change of SMBIOS settings, but I did not test on a real use-case with old SMBIOS configuration + KEXT installed so far, but will do to get clear results.
