Looks ok to me. Be sure to test your pstates with DPCIManager or AppleIntelCPUPowerManagementInfo.kext.

what would be the basic patches that should be applied to my dsdt?

Upgrade my system to 10.9.5 patching the mach_kernel and works fine with -xcpm
I see that the geekbench and cinebech are higher in my macbook air 2012 than the fanless hack:
Geekbench macbook air:6583
Geekbench fanless: 6033
Cinebench macbook air: opengl 14,26 and cpu 214
Cinebench fanless: opengel 11,50 and cpu 212
There is only a difference in the GPU HD 4000, but i think isn't a PM problem: AICPUPMI: CPU P-States [ 8 9 10 11 12 13 (14) 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 ] iGPU P-States [ (7) 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 ]

Maybe a ram "problem"? The macbook air has 2 soldered ram 2x2Gb DDR3 1600 and the fanless hack has only one RAM slot with 1x4gb DDR3 1600, no dual channel (obviously).

I attach the macbook air and fanless geekbench (see the memory and stream value).

It could be just the memory. I wouldn't put too much trust in GB results. IMO, it is not a very good benchmark for understanding total real world performance (weighting of individual results is poor).

Realize it is "just a number" and just enjoy your hack.
