We use Wave Broadband at Port Orchard, WA, signed up for High Speed 100 download, upload speeds of 5 Mbps, and 300 GB of data transfer usage! Yet the highest we have ever gotten is 63 or below during random test.

Meh. Camcast is decent (60mbps on a 50mbps plan) but I'd love to be able to afford their 150mbps plan. Just too pricey and they're the only decent provider in our area.
