POST Installation Issue

Hi All,

I faced issues with installing High Sierra on the device detailed below.

Processor: Intel Core i7-7700T CPU 2.90Hz
RAM: 16 GB
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon RX 460 Graphics
Built-in Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 630


After completing the installation I have tried booting Mac but I couldn't as it keep showing Attempting to Restart massage as per the attached image.

Would appreciate someone's help on this.

How to scroll ? it doesnt seem to scroll .
