possible to install kext through windows ?

hi all

I've a quick question

my laptop's keyboard isn't recognized on boot up, I've got the kext, but when I boot OS X (SL) the system is stuck on "please connect a keyboard"

so is there any way to install kext file through windows or something else?

at the moment I don't have any external usb keyboard

Does your mouse work?? Can you use onscreen keyboard system prefrences > language & text > Input source's
