Ploblem when update to 10.6.6

Hi tony, I had problems after installing the custombeast by custombeast to you to be, but I updated to 10.6.5. 10.6.6 + custombeast. Can not boot. When plugged in the HDD 1,2,3 (Hdd 1 = Osx, Hdd 2 = Windows, Hdd 3 = Data), it can be Boot. When removing the plug from Hdd 2 and 3 do not know will correct me offline
