Dear Toleda,

I forgot to explain that the mute photo I send with my letter. I like to say that only that mute is working others are not having any effect. As you advice I deleted my old Aggregated setup in MIDI setup. But no result.

I am having 5.1 speaker system. Front (L-R) apart 5ft to each other, Rear (L-R) apart 5ft to each other, Center (in between Front L-R) & Sub woofer at floor. Front speakers to rear speaker distance about 6ft.

Aggregate Device sequences:

[Selected] 01. Built in Out put IN (0) Out (2) Drift Correction [Unselected]
[Selected] 02. Built in Out put IN (0) Out (2) Drift Correction [Selected]
[Selected] 03. Built in Out put IN (0) Out (2) Drift Correction [Selected]

(Default when it setup first time)
Result : Only front speakers working

[Selected] 02. Built in Out put IN (0) Out (2) Drift Correction [Unselected]
[Unselected] 03. Built in Out put IN (0) Out (2) Drift Correction [Unselected]

(During unselected it is working but when it set to select mode the video stops playing & need to restart the video.)
Result : Only front speakers working

I am totally in loop nothing working properly.

The information above confirms 5.1 audio is working. What is your 5.1 audio source? What is your 5.1 Player.

Thanks for your kind reply.

I am using either iTunes or MPlayerX. My inputs are either mp3 songs or video (some are avi, mkv & mp4). If these software are unable to play for 5.1 system than it is not known to me. When I was used windows either winamp or gomplayer gives out put for whole 5.1 system, so I am thinking that my system is not working properly. In this case you advice for some software which can deliver 5.1 ch. output from mp3 or video than it will be great help for me.

Why do you think a file with 2 audio channels plays in more than 2 speakers?

Thanks for the clarification & sorry for the trouble.

I just switching myself to hakintosh so these are silly mistakes are doing. One thing still I am not clear that how any windows system gives output to all 5.1 channels from the same two channel audio. Due to that reason only I was thinking that I could not followed your guidance properly.
