I have a clean install of Catalina, but the machine sometimes reboots. It's not too bad, but still reboots 2 - 4 hours after turning on the machine.

I was able to get the crash report from the crash/reboot just now. can someone help me understand and maybe spot where's the problem?

looks like your Networking is causing the panic. under "loaded kexts" you have a Realtek network kext that isn't necessary as well as whatever "com.paloaltonetworks.kext.pangpd" is. I would try getting rid of these. its good practice to only use kexts that you need for your hardware even though its hard to know what you need when doing your first install. The kext under "Kernel Extensions in backtrace:" is usually a pretty good clue as to what has caused your panic, although it can be misleading.

Thank you so much for the help, but I'm not sure how to delete these kexts properly. Can I just delete them from /Library/Extensions as well as /Volumes/EFI/EFI/Clover/kext/Other ?

Page faults usually are caused by memory problems, therefore suggest to check your memory, each stick separately.
Kexts that are not needed by the system are not loaded, hence cannot cause page faults.
Greetings
Henties
