Hi,

after day of work i got Catalina booting and almost fully working on my IdeaPad S340. Now the last major problem is the I2C trackpad.



I tried manuel DSDT patching --> wont boot.

I tried files i found only --> wont boot.

I tried a tool named GenI2C --> wont boot.



My booting EFI files are attached here with an untouched DSDT dump. If someone knows what to do please help.



P.S. Display brightness is adjustable via the slider in the settings menu but overall brightness is quite low.

Try the last EFI shared in this thread. Took a while but some smart person fixed the trackpad for us.
