Please Help Intel HD Graphics 4400 Dell Latitude E5440

I have Successfully gotten HDMI Stable with using IGPID=0x0a2e0008 but I am having Glitches with what I believe to be refresh rate on the internal monitor and a few minor hicups on the second screen via HDMI I have tried to use hackintool and other such patches with no success and I am aware I can use IGPID=0a260006 and fakeid=04128086 however at least in my case HDMI does not work on that setup so help would be swamping

things I tried:
adding CsmVideoDxe.efi into Clover Driver64UEFI it helped with black screen on boot but not the flickering

what I have been wondering is if there is a possible Azul framebuffer patch or kext hot patch with clover I can try for such issues

update 1:
HDMI Audio works with the ids I said drive the HDMI Port with the distortions
But only when the distorting id is specified otherwise HDMI Audio Doesn't work
