Hey Y'all!!!

I have build my first Hackintosh. It was quite some work, but it works very nice now. You can find my specs in the attachment.
Only thing that doesn't work is my Ethernet.

I installed the atheros ethernet driver for my GA-Z77-DS3H motherboard with rev 1.0.
The ethernet is shown as 'connected' and there is even an IP-address, but I can't surf the web.
Then I installed an ALXEthernet 1.0.2 kext, still no changes.
Restarted my modem a couple of times. Checked the cable. Seems the ethernet is even 'connected' when there is no ethernet cable attached... Weird.

Does anybody know more about this?

I have the same board and my ethernet works fine.

Check the BIOS and make sure it isn't disabled ?

Run Multibeast 5.2.1 and select Drivers & Bootloaders / Drivers / Network / Atheros

Fix permissions

Good luck

Hey P1lgrim,

How is ethernet enabled in the bios? Though I followed all the instructions for my mobo.
Did all the rest you said. Doesn't work.
