Please advice me if I can run Mac OS X on my configutation

could you please advice and let me know it's possible to run EL Captain or Sierra on my PC?

Yes, either El Capitan or Sierra should run fine on your hardware. Follow the standard Installation Guide for your installation.

This guide is for mac os uses. I've only Windows on board. Is there any other way?

Don't you have a friend or relative with a Mac that you can use for a couple of hours? You have to have access to a Mac to run Unibeast and create your installer USB.

I've found one. Currently, I've already downloaded and installed UniBeast and MultiBeast and uploading macOS Sierra.

I've followed steps from a guide and everything (from what I see now), everything works!
It's just amazing!
