Pictures telling me to turn on a mac mouse,keyboard

so I installed Mavericks to the flash drive with unibeast, and booted it. First, I got a choice to go to mountain lion or mavericks at the beginning. I chose Mavericks. Now I'm at a screen with two pictures that change to a keyboard and a mouse. I can move my mouse with the trackpad. Is this normal? I plugged a USB keyboard in with no change. It's been sitting there for about 20 minutes.

It's normal. Just press one of the following keys (i don't remember exactly): esc, tab, command-q, right arrow.
