Photoshop - Integer Error on Preferences

Tried to search for a solution to this but didn't come across anything. Built the system yesterday, with pretty much everything working fine.

The issue I'm having is when trying to access the Performance area (and a couple others) of the Photoshop preferences panel. I get the message "An Integer between 96 and -16762175 is required. Closest value inserted" and am unable to view the section.

Photoshop installed via the Creative Cloud app.

Any ideas?

Hardware:
Gigabyte H170-WIFI
Intel i5-6500
Ballistix 16GB Ram DDR4
Gigabyte GTX 950 Windforce

GFX Drivers:
Nvidia Web Driver 346.03.10f01

EDIT: Fixed this by updating to the latest version of PS, assumed it would always grab the latest version on install anyway. Weird.

Same happens to me, think it's related to the RAM somehow... Newest version of PS doesn't help...
Hardware:
GIGABYTE Z170X-UD5 TH
Intel Core i7-6700K
Ballistix Sport LT 16GBx2 DDR4 2400 RAM
GeForce GTX 950 Windforce 2GB

There is this problem, that only 16 of 32 GB RAM are officially recognised, am I right this might be the problem?

Same issue,
Everything worked correctly, but since I switched in the bios on XMP profile 1, the Performance area of the Photoshop preferences panel is unusable.

what I tested without success:
- Disable XMP
- in Clover configurator / boot: XMP detection=yes, no and 1
- in Clover configurator / SMBIOS / memory: manual setting Ram informations
- deinstall and reinstall Photoshop
- purge memory with Onyx

I have no more idea...
I need help

some people found a problem in their config.plist
