Photos hogging space on SSD - mystery

"About This Mac" shows Photos are taking up almost 210GB of my 250GB SSD boot drive with only about 70GB free (first image). Finder "Get Info" about my boot SSD also showing only about 70GB free (second image). I have always had my Photos Library pointing to my 3TB HDD storage drive (third image). I've searched official Apple forums, this site and many other place but haven't come across a similar situation. When I search for photos on my boot drive I don't find files or folders that are taking up so much space. I use ShowAllFiles to check for hidden files and still I'm not finding the hog that is filling up my boot drive. Any ideas for finding what's taking up so much space on my boot drive? I don't have any performance issues yet but I will as Photos continue to balloon.

My system report does the same. I think it's an error. My actual system hardrive is relatively empty using get info but iPhoto thinks it's using xxGB so I'm ignoring it!

That's reassuring to know this situation isn't unique. Thanks ovb1! It's a little concerning that Finder also shows the same usage as About This Mac. But no performance issues so I'll ignore also and hope my drive doesn't max out with photos.
