Permissions that never repair

I get an occasional kernel panic, so I went to repair permissions, and I get this.

Should I reinstall the 10.6.2 combo update? Any suggestions?

If you did some googling you would see a lot of people are getting those errors even on real macs. Don't worry about it.....
