What kind of monitor? (4k would likely require framebuffer patching)?
How is connected? (must be digital, not VGA)
VT-d disabled in BIOS?
Did you forget Lilu.kext + IntelGraphicsFixup.kext?

My monitor is a old 1920x1080 connected with HDMI (same problem with DVI)
VT-d is disabled (What it does?)
I'm not using Lilu.kext + IntelGraphicsFixup.kext, what it does?
I managed to exclude NullCPUPowerManagement.kext by enabling config.plist/Kernel/KernelXCPM (is that right?)
Are my CLOVER/kexts and CLOVER/drivers64UEFI ok?
Please, tell me if I need specific SMBIOS
All debug info is on attachment above debug_31853.zip

You likely need Lilu.kext + IntelGraphicsFixup.kext.

Same error. Here's what I got so far:

Here it is

You're using an invalid ig-platform-id (0x59120004). You should not expect graphics to work with an invalid ig-platform-id.

Ow my dear @RehabMan, what do you suggest me to use, so I can at least boot the OS and generate the debug info?
Here're the combinations I've tried so far:

If you can't get native KBL kexts to work, use SKL spoofing.
Keep in mind SKL spoof requires FakePCIID.kext + FakePCIID_Intel_HD_Graphics.kext.
