Hello everyone,

I'm setting up my first hackintosh and I want to know: is my TP-LINK TL-WN751ND PCI WiFi adapter compatible with macOS Sierra and how to make it work?

Thanks in advance.

TP-Link website doesn't show which chipset it uses. Will need to look under Device Manager in Windows or run lspci in Linux to check which chipset the card it uses. If its Realtek probably will not work.

According to WikiDevi, both versions of the TL-WN751ND use an Atheros AR9227 chip. I have no idea if that is macOS compatible or not.

EDIT: Here's a thread on this card that may or may not be helpful - it's an old thread talking about old versions of Mac OS X: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/ar9227-kext.89399/
