pci configuration begins error acpi failure x99 sabertooth

Trying to install 10.11 on Sabertooth X99 5960x CPU and non pascal Titan X. Used -v -f npci=0x3000 nv_disable but getting APCI errors (screen shot attached)

Going out of my mind with X99 but really need to get this working.

Should be nv_disable=1

Did you just have nv_disable?
