Hello!
I'm new to the Hackintosh world. I have been trying to install Mountain Lion 1.8.2 on the following machine:
GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 F12
Intel Core i7-3770
16GB RAM - Corsair Vengeance Blue
EVGA GeForce GT640
OCZ 120GB SSD
If I just try to boot the installer, I get the Apple logo screen forever. If I try boot -v I get the PCI Configuration Begin message. The last thing I tried was npci=0x2000 -v, which gets me to the message "Still waiting for root device" ad infinitum.
I've seen threads with similar problems, but no conclusive answers. It also seems that the solutions are very specific to one's hardware, so I decided to post my configuration and hope someone can help me with it.
Thank you very much!
