Passive Build: Streacom DB4, I7-7700, Radeon RX 560

I was thinking of trying passive build with these.

Streacom DB4
Streacom ZF240 Fanless PSU
i7-7700
Radeon RX 560
Gigabyte Z270N Mini-ITX or something similar from Asus

My display is Dell U3417W with 3440x1440

I chose i7-7700 non k version because of the low TDP. I was wondering about RX 560, how does it work on high sierra? AMD cards have had that black screen after wake issue for a while now, is it still the same with RX 560?

Also what kind of Wifi module is this on Gigabyte Z270N Wifi? I haven't seen that before. Can I replace it with normal wifi+bt module that laptops use?

Interesting... I'm planning to make a similar one based on
-DB4 case + with ZF240 fanless PSU
-Z370 iTX mobo.. i'd like to know if a mobo with already wifi/BT combo can pe opened to change its card with a hackintosh OOB compliant one.
-CPU low TDP 65W max maybe 35W such 7700T or 8700T
-RX560 or GT1050Ti but i'd like a fanless one and also one without PCIe supply since ZF240 SFX power supply does not come with. I need to know if all models can have their air cooler taken off easily without security system that would power it off in order to put a DB4 heatpipe
