Panic on first startup after install, Power Management issue?

I hade some graphics problem with my last install so i decided to make a new install over the old one.

Now after a successful install i cant boot. Not with the USB and not from disc. I get the following message on screen:

Im not sure but is this maybe a CPU Power management issue? Ive tried booting with one cpu cpus=1 (?).

I used the guid from this site with Clover.

I have a similar problem.
I did a fresh install of el capitan as advised in the tutorial and did a restore from timemachine from my Yosemite backup.
Maybe it installed some kexts but I couldnt find fakesmc.
Now when I wanted to reboot I get a reboot. Took a video so I can see what happened.
Boot arg:
dart=0 nv_disable -no-zp -f -v

reboots at panic(cpu 0 caller ....
