Hi,
I am trying to install El Capitan on my machine
(PC = HP 870-106ng: https://support.hp.com/de-de/document/c05347844

Mainboard = HP 828a Mainboard: https://support.hp.com/sg-en/document/c05236921
).

I am booting from the USB-Stick, choose clover to boot from external... after few seconds following error came up:

what can I do to fix it?

Please note that for Skylake hardware you will need El Capitan 10.11.5 or higher.

Also note that your GTX 1060 is not supported in El Capitan.
You will need macOS Sierra 10.12.4 or higher and the Nvidia Web Drivers.
