Painful path from Yosemite to El Capitan on EX58-UD5.

Man, I have to say this is probably the most painful upgrading experience since my first Hackintosh since 2009.

I can boot into system with the USB drive, but the system won't boot from the system drive, with AppleUSBUHCIPCI issue (picture attached).

I tried copy CLOVER folder from USB to System drive, tried adding/removing DSDT in System drive, tried removing PCI USB3.0 card, tried various plist settings from the other X58 thread, tried both legacy and legacy_root clover install, and permutations of above with no luck.

I'm now reverted back to Yosemite. Please let me know if you have any suggestions, I'll try again.

I've been stuck on the same problem as well and have avoided updating. Same exact motherboard and same exact kernel screen.

Did you ever figure it out?
