My new build which i have successfully up and running in Win7Ultimate x64:

i5 2500k
Asus P8P67-M Pro
XFX 5870 1GB
GSkill 8GB 1600MHz
WD Caviar Black (2x 500GB)
Corsair 650TX PSU
CM N520 Cooler
Asus USB-N13 Wireless Dongle

Where I am now:

Set all the bios stuff, took out all but 2GB Ram
Boot from disk with iBoot Legacy (I need GraphicsEnabler=no to continue)
Install 10.6.3, reboot and get into OSX, all is well thus far.
Install 10.6.6, MultiBeast (have tried several options including the base easybeast and system utilities, and adding more options) and then bridgehelper

Each time it results in no boot after restart. just hangs at the apple logo. -x doesnt help (still using graphicsenabler=no)

Have tried 5 times now and my whole day is gone with nothing to show for it.

Seriously any working steps to get a p8p67-m up and running!?!? PLEASE.

Thanks all.

tried options like -x -v to see where its hanging up ? maybe try PCIRootUID=1 as well

It seems PCIRootUID=1 made a difference for a second, it showed some loading bar i havent seen before. But still hanging at the apple logo with the spinning loading icon.

Overall it is still not working.

Tried these steps: viewtopic.php?f=79&t=16323&start=30

Still no success, gave me a better idea of how to do things, but still getting the same result no matter what. White apple screen with loading circular icon. forever.

After you have run 10.6.6. do the following:

Run Chameleon RC5 750 (look for it on www.kexts.com under Bootloaders).
Run Bridgehelper
Put enclosed DSDT.aml file on your desktop
Run Multibeast with options:
User DSDT
System Utilities
Audio: ALC8xxHDA, AppleHDARollback and ALC892
Graphics: nothing
Misc.: FakeSMC and NullCPUPowerManagement
Network: Lnx2Mac
Bootloader: SandyBridge
Boot Options: 64-bit Apple Boot Screen
System Definitions: MacBook Pro 8,1

After that edit your com.apple.Boot.plist to include Kernel Flags busratio=29.

I'm using the P8P67-M (NOT PRO!) and can't anything to boot without using iBoot legacy cd or similar. I get a blinking white cursor on a black screen and thats it if i try to boot from the hard drive after installing 10.6.7 update or multibeast kexts etc. Have tried every combination i can think of - still no luck.

However when i boot in with iBoot legacy i have working graphics and ethernet!

Not sure if its my bios settings but i have speedstep disabled, SATA set to ACHI and CD boot first.
