Overclocking non-k ?

On Geekbench, the scores vary wildly even on non-K CPUs which makes no sense. For example, the Coffee Kake 8400 scores about 19000 on Geekbench, but then there are countless people scoring about 22000. How did they OC the 8400?

Perhaps you could overclock the bus speed? I system has a K processor with the bus overclocked and the processor overclocked. Overclocking the bus also overclocks the memory.
