Overclocking CPU Ram

I did overclocking on my 4790k and since then I'm getting kerenel_task eating up RAM is that normal? since then is started appearing in activity monitor ? what should I do ? Should I reinstall osx with cpu over clocked or should I put it back to stock and reinstall system. I did put cpu back to stock and still kerenel_task eating up ram ...
Any idea?

Any idea?

I did install new wifi kext today could that be causing it? I have old one too can i install old kext back now, older version... Only things that i hve chnaged is wifi kext and overclock.. I put everything back to stok but ram is still being eaten.. So ill try wifi now.. Any opinions?
