Out of luck with ASUS GTX 980 Strix 4GB we

All fine except the graphic card not being detected. I have installed the latest web driver: 346.03.04f02
but About this Mac only returns a dummy 8Mb.

What did i do wrong here ? pulling my hairs out

Do you have "nvda_drv=1" in your boot flags? That flag enables the Nvidia drivers. It usually gets written to NVRAM for you by the driver installation, but on some systems that doesn't work.

How are you connecting to your monitor? DVI? HDMI? DP?

Looks like you've disabled the nvidia drivers (nv_disable=1).
