Other ways to install OS X Yosemite

Is there another way to install OS X Yosemite? Maybe with a DVD? Because my laptop won't boot from an USB.

My laptop has USB ports, but USB boot doesn't work anymore. When I press F9, I get a black screen with the text: F9...Change Boot Device Order. It is an HP laptop.
