Follow the Clover guide linked from the FAQ.

Although you should read the FAQ for an overview of issues, the Clover guide is linked from the first question: "Q. Where do I start?", just after the bold face "Clover Guide".

I have the same Laptop only without Mx150.

With your Clover Folder its working.

I have a Lenovo NVME 256 GB SSD and a 1TB HDD.

Clover only sees HDD. No NVME is Showing

I have installed OSX 10.13.5 on the HDD.

In High Sierra under System NVME SSD is not listed.

Only Show

Apple SSD Controller

Can you help me?

No "Problem Reporting" files attached.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.
