OSX LION 10.7.5 PANIC with ASUS P7P55D I7 2.8 geforce en84000gs

Hi Everyone, i have a problem with my PC
NOw im running with osx 1.6.8 and everything work fine.
I try to install in a second hd osx 10.7.5 but i have some problems.
This is the kernel bug

Anyone can help me ?

I try to install osx 10.7.5 in a mac pro and after o put the hdd in my pc running multibeast lion edition but i have the same problem.

This is my configuration

asus p7p55d
asus geeforce en8400gs
intel i7 2.8
8 gb ram coresair

this work great with osx 10.6.8

You boot with PCIRootUID=1?

I try now but not work

now when i restart do this :

boot0: GPT
boot0: test
boot0: test
boot0: error

on the 1st sata hdd i have the 10.6.8
in the 2nd sata hdd the 1.7.5

now i adjust the bios and the boot find the 2 options

snow leopard and osx lion

i've to boot lion with PCIRootUID=1 its the same of PCIRootUID=1-v ?
