Osx 10.12.6 build not working after some time of not using. think it's a hibernate issue

Hello, I am getting this message:


In my notes to myself fro a while ago I have this:
Boot into clover,
Press space bar

Hit hibernate option at top of list (not dark wake checkbox)
Then reboot, all should be fine.
----

The problem is, I can't seem to 'hit hibernate option at top of list'
I suspect this is very simple.
Haven't used the desk top in ages and so have forgotten how some of the clover stuff works,
If anyone could help I would be very grateful!
I have already spent a few hours messing about with this on and off so not being lazy. Am genuinely stuck!

Old Lilu.kext, update it together with its plugin kexts.

I didn't even know I was using Lilu, i only remember using Clover. Very strange
