OS X won´t boot after deleting teamviewer files.... HELP

Hey Guys,

i was searching for a cheap program, to communicate with a friend and share knowledge in Ableton and our own music production files. TeamViewer was the ****, i thought, but the file transfer rate was the Hell. I deleted TeamViewer with AppCleaner and searched about files in Pathfinder. I think i have deleted team viewer files in clover folder that made my hackintosh won't work...

now i have a black screen

Any Idea how i can fix that ?

it seems that the system hangs on the bluetooth family search. any idea ?
