OS x USB Format

I'm not too sure where to post this so I'll post it here.

My Boyfriend and I installed OS x and we cannot get my usb to be picked up on the pc.

It's FAT32 right now, and we read somewhere online that it has to be a mac format or something for the mac to read the USB?

Try to use 'Disk Utility' which you can find under Applications. Does your USB pop up there? If so, you can format it again to Fat32 (should be readable by Macs) or to Journaled (which is the native format).
