Hello again good people of Tonymacx86.

I been having this issue for a while now and really dont know what is causing it. If I restart the system it begins the process to shut down, I can see the spinning ring and the OS shutting off, but the laptop hangs about 30 seconds and then completely turns off.

This happens when shutting down or restarting, everything works fine on my Hack but this is kind of lame because it takes a lot of time to restart back to Clover. When using Windows I dont have this issue, on Windows it restarts fast back to Clover menu.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Attach ioreg as ZIP: http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/58368-guide-how-make-copy-ioreg.html. Please, use the IORegistryExplorer v2.1 attached to the post! DO NOT reply with an ioreg from any other version of IORegistryExplorer.app.

Provide output (in Terminal):
Code:
kextstat|grep -y acpiplat
kextstat|grep -y appleintelcpu
kextstat|grep -y applelpc
kextstat|grep -y applehda

Attach EFI/Clover folder as ZIP (press F4 at main Clover screen before collecting). Please eliminate 'themes' directory. Provide only EFI/Clover, not the entire EFI folder.

Attach output of (in Terminal):
Code:
sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions && sudo kextcache -u /

Compress all files as ZIP. Do not use external links. Attach all files using site attachments only.

Your ioreg shows power management is not implemented.

See guide: http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...01-guide-native-power-management-laptops.html

You also have some ACPI work to do... For example, VGA should be IGPU (you can see it in ioreg). And looking at ACPI/patched, I see you have no patched ACPI files.

See guide: http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capitan-laptop-support/152573-guide-patching-laptop-dsdt-ssdts.html

Try without your USB WiFi. USB WiFi is known to be problematic. Best result with supported PCIe WiFi.

Thanks for the valuable info Rehabman, I shall report back my results once I get everything done!
