OS X 10.9.5 MultiBeast "The installation failed"

After installation 10.9.5 with UniBeast i boot with GraphicsEnabler=Yes and tried to use MultiBeast. Recieved a crash log with "The installation failed". Sharing with my log below.

It looks like your copy of MultiBeast is damaged, try downloading again.

As for me my problem it`s that i dowload mulribeast from Windows to Usb flash drive with exFat. I try fat32 flash drive and it's running successfully on my hackintosh.
