org.slice.HWMonitor SMC2-Helper errors

Chasing down a recurring glitch in audio playback. Checking log files is difficult because of tons of org.slice.HWMonitor SMC2-Helper errors. How do I get rid of this helper file?
I took out kexts, removed hwmonitor from login items, checked launchagents and daemons, but it still runs after a reboot and fills the log with errors.

Any ideas?

Solved. Removing the actual HWMonitor app in Applications with appcleaner fixed it. The helper app was inside the package.
I don't get how this was autolaunched on login when not in login items or launchagents/daemons, but anyway.
