Glad to read this !

I'm working on the same board, same CPU and upgrading from clover/catalina to OC/bigsur.
Can you provide your config.plist then I can compare and see where I'm wrong ?
I guess my EFI folder is setup correctly, nice and clean but I'm curious to see how is yours !!

I'm not able to even boot the stick right now and I already restart 3 time the full process install guide from dortania's OC.

I'll try with another SMBIOS like Macpro1,1, but a .zip from you may help !

The BIOS is F8, the last one Gigabyte issued for this board.

There is a F9b. It was in beta but never posted to the official web site, as far as I know. F8 did not solve my sleep issues.
