Only boot in safe mode El Capitan

I have an AsRock Fatal1ty gaming K4 with I7-6700 and integrated graphics card.
For install El Capitan i followed this guide:

I completed the installation using the flag suggested, in addition "-x" flag becouse the system continued to reboot.
The system boots in safe mode and in this mode i can't install the clover bootloader and other kext.
what should i do for install the bootloader and kext?
I try to mount the EFI partition with the terminal and with EFI Mouneterv3 but an error occuered.

I tried to start without "-x" but the kernel panic occured.
