My laptop is I7 6700HQ + 965M.If I don't disable HD530 in the BIOS , my laptop's monitor works with HD530, and HDMI connected monitor also works with 965M. But when I disable HD530 in the BIOS ,my laptop's monitor will not work, but the HDMI monitor is still works. Now the problem is how can I use the 965m in my laptop's monitor? Sorry for my bad english.

It is likely that HDMI is using Intel HD530 when you have HD530 enabled.
You have proof (ioreg) that it is using Nvidia in that case?

On my laptop internal screen is connected to HD530 and HDMI is connected to 960m. There is no way to get both screens working without both GPUs working. To workaround this problem I bought DisplayLink USB 3.0 to DVI adapter which enables me to connect two or more screens with only HD530 enabled.

i connet it now.

This looks good. It seems you have GTX965M working for the HDMI with Nvidia web drivers.
You have work to do yet (IGPU and DGPU PM), but it is a good start.
